GEAC ANNOUNCEMENTS

This week’s announcements are as follows:

Greater Emmanuel has been asked to fellowship with Pastor Danis Ellis and Chattanooga Bible Way on this Saturday, June 8th at 3 pm as they celebrate their 24th Pastoral and Church Anniversary. The church is located at: 5519 Beulah Ave, 37409.

This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday! Let us pray and fast for souls to be saved and delivered.

The Youth are continuing their celebration of Spirit Month. This Sunday is Twin Day!

The Christian Women will have their “100 Women in White” service on this Sunday at 4 pm w/ Sis. Vicki as the coordinator. Please come fellowship with us!

Our very own Sis. Carman will be ministering in song at the Georgia State Council’s Men’s Ministry concert on Thursday, June 20th at 1 pm. Pastor James Foster is the president of this ministry and the coordinator of the service. Please, go and support the two of them!

The June Council dates are Wednesday, June 19 through Saturday, June 22 at the Century City Marriott Hotel in Atlanta, GA. Our very own founder, Suff. Bishop Elect Norma Smith will be elevated and will speak on that Thursday night service at 7 p.m.  All of GEAC are asked to be there in attendance AND  to wear pink or pink accessories in her honor on this momentous occasion. The choir has been asked to minister as well. If you have vocal ability and will be available for both the rehearsals on this Saturday and next Saturday, and for the service, please contact Sis. Tonya as soon as possible.

Greater Emmanuel has been invited to attend and Pastor Warfield has been asked to speak on Sunday, July 14th at 4 pm for Pastor Lula Crayon and the Spoken Word Evangelistic Church’s 11th Pastoral and Church Anniversary. Let us prepare now to attend and support this event. Service will be located at: The Greater Mt. Olive Overcoming Church of God, 8125 Carton St., Douglasville, GA 30134.

The Youth and Young Adults will have its 1st Midnight Worship Service here on next Friday, June 14th from 11:30 pm to 1 am. Everyone is encouraged to come out, bring others, and join in with our young people in praise and worship.

The Men’s Ministry will host a Prayer Breakfast on next Saturday, June 15th from 9-11 am.  Men of all ages are welcome to attend.

Save the Date:  Vacation Bible School will be on July 16-19 for all ages!

Lastly, please continue to drop your change into the “Time for Change”  jars to increase our building maintenance fund.
